The Aldwych Theatre is looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join our Front of House Team for Shadowlands, performing until 9 May 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Successful candidates should be confident speaking with customers and offer outstanding service.
- Ability to increase sales.
- This role includes manual handling, requiring you to carry stock (i.e. crates of beer) over multiple levels/stairs.
- You will also be required to work inside our auditorium, which includes working on our highest balcony level.
- Work well as part of a team, as well as having the self‑motivation to work alone.
- Flexibility to work dynamically to fulfil the requirements of each shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working Front of House is not essential.
- We welcome candidates with a background in customer care and experience in driving sales.
Contract Details
- The contract offered is a show contract based on a minimum of 30 hours across eight shows, Monday to Saturday.
- Involves afternoon and evening work.
- Applicants must be available to work all eight shows.

- As this role involves serving alcohol, applicants must be aged 18 or over.
- Salary: £13.28 per hour.
