Whether your background is in business analysis, project or programme management, implementation, transformation or delivery, we’re interested in connecting with people who combine strong Temenos knowledge with the ability to turn business requirements into practical outcomes.
This talent pool is aimed at individuals who have worked hands-on with Temenos within banking or financial services and have played a meaningful role in implementation, migration, upgrade or transformation programmes.
The kind of experience we're interested in:
- Delivering Temenos/T24/Temenos Transact implementations, migrations, upgrades or major change
- Leading projects or workstreams through the full delivery lifecycle
- Business analysis, requirements gathering and translating business needs into technology outcomes
- Working between business stakeholders, technology teams and implementation partners
- Process mapping, gap analysis and solution definition
- Managing project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and delivery governance
- Coordinating testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and implementation readiness
- Supporting or leading go-live and post-implementation activity
- Managing multiple stakeholders across complex banking environments
- Working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models
We’re interested in people who understand that successful core banking transformation isn't just about implementing technology. You’ll be someone who can understand the business problem, challenge requirements, bring structure to complexity and keep delivery moving. You can work comfortably with technical specialists while also communicating clearly with business teams and senior stakeholders.
Ideally, you'll bring experience from banking, wealth management or wider financial services, alongside strong knowledge of Temenos and the realities of delivering change within a regulated environment.
Why join our talent pool? This isn't necessarily about applying for one particular vacancy today. We're keen to build relationships with experienced Temenos and core banking professionals as our technology and transformation requirements continue to evolve. By joining our talent pool, you'll be able to register your interest in future opportunities where your combination of Temenos expertise, business analysis and delivery experience could make a real impact.
