We have an opportunity for a Wealth Executive to join our team based in London.

Job Purpose

The Wealth Executive provides high quality client service and operational support to Wealth Advisers, Senior Wealth Advisers and Principal Wealth Advisers enabling the effective delivery of advice and relationship management across private and wealth client portfolios. The role holder plays a critical role in supporting adviser-led client relationships through the accurate execution of client requests, preparation of documentation, coordination of reviews, and maintenance of strong regulatory and governance standards. Operating within a closely regulated environment, the Wealth Executive contributes directly to positive client outcomes by ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and compliance with Nedbank Private Wealth policies and procedures.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Provide day to day support to Wealth Advisers, Senior Wealth Advisers and Principal Wealth Advisers in the management and servicing of client relationships.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service when handling queries, calls, and requests.
  • Execute client instructions accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist advisers with the preparation of client meeting materials, suitability packs, investment proposals, lending documentation, and follow-up communications.
  • Attend client meetings where appropriate to provide administrative or documentation support.
  • Support client onboarding activity using a risk-based approach, ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.
  • Coordinate annual client reviews and support advisers in meeting regulatory timelines.
  • Assist with the collation of client data, portfolio information, and reporting required for review and governance purposes.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and system updates across relevant banking and CRM platforms.
  • Support lending activity by preparing documentation, assisting with renewals, and liaising with relevant teams as instructed by advisers.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory obligations, escalating issues or risks where identified.
  • Provide desk cover and shared support to the wider Wealth Management team as required to ensure continuity of service.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across regions to share best practice and support consistent service delivery.
  • Contribute to improvements in processes, efficiency, and client service standards where opportunities are identified.
  • Maintain knowledge and competency in line with the NPW Training & Competency framework.
  • Undertake such additional tasks as may reasonably be required to support business and client outcomes.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a regulated wealth management, private banking, or financial services environment in a client service, operational, or advisory support role.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding, AML/CTF processes, client reviews, and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Experience supporting advisers with the preparation of advice-related materials, investment and lending proposals, and client communications.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple client-related tasks accurately and within required timeframes.
  • Confident communicator, able to interact professionally with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Good systems literacy, including CRM platforms, banking systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Organised, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

  • RDR compliant adviser qualification, Level 4 - Desirable. If not held a willingness to study in time.
  • CeMAP or equivalent regulated lending qualification – Desirable.
