About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) with a proven track record in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic growth to join our Board. This is an opportunity to provide independent insight, challenge, and guidance at the strategic level, supporting the company’s expansion and value creation objectives.

Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in M&A, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance and valuation.
  • Proven ability to advise senior management and Boards on growth strategies.
  • Experience in cross-border transactions preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Previous Non-Executive Director or advisory board experience is highly desirable.
