About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Non-Executive Director (NED) with a proven track record in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and strategic growth to join our Board. Skills & Experience

  • Significant experience in M&A, corporate strategy, or corporate development.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of corporate finance and valuation.
  • Proven ability to advise senior management and Boards on growth strategies.
  • Experience in cross-border transactions preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Previous Non-Executive Director or advisory board experience is highly desirable.
