Senior MTC QS

Necto Search and Selection LTD are currently recruiting for a multi-disciplinary contractor that are seeking a new Senior QS on behalf of their blue-chip client for works in NI

This position is based in their Newry office and would suit someone with experience in delivering minor and major projects . Hybrid working is available for this role.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivery of Major Contracts.
• Professional delivery of all contracts
• Perform a commercial function in preparation with tender bids
• Procurement of supplier’s and sub-contractors
• Change control procedures on projects so variations are identified and agreed
• Ensure information is presented timely and accurate
• Preparation of accurate and prudent cost-value analysis
• Interim and final account statement preparation
• Site measurements and drawing/taking off plans
• Pricing variations and costing compensation events
• Uphold Data Protection Policies
• Any other Ad hoc duties
