NECTO Selection have partnered with an award-winning Construction company who specialise in Civils and Utilities to appoint up to 3 quantity surveyors to join their Commercial Team. With a growing number of mid to large scale projects in the pipeline, this is a great time to join.
Successful candidates will gain an opportunity to develop their team-leading and mentoring skills by partnering with their Junior Quantity Surveyors.
The Role:
- Managing the commercial function of each project from start to finish
- Providing mentorship to junior commercial staff
- Managing relationships with clients, operational teams and suppliers
- Attend any meetings deemed necessary throughout project cycle.
The Person:
- Relevant third level qualification with 4+ years’ experience OR qualified by experience with 7+ years in a Quantity Surveying role
- CSR card
- Sound working knowledge or construction and engineering processes and contracts
- Experienced with industry project accounts, e.g., COINS, REDSKY
- Experienced with industry management software
