Senior Quantity Surveyor

Necto Selection are recruiting on behalf of a growing Fit-Out contractor based in Newry with projects across NI, ROI, and UK.
With a strong pipeline of projects across Retail and Commercial, we are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take lead on several projects within a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
- Prepare cost estimates by analysing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Produce Bills of Quantities (BOQs) through take-offs.
- Carry out all QS duties including measurement, valuations, and agreement of works.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and site teams on cost and commercial matters.
- Manage schedules, valuations, variations, and financial reporting across pre- and post-contract stages.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
The Person
- Relevant commercial experience at Senior Level
- 5 years’ Fit-Out sector experience
- Strong desire to progress and grow with the company
- Ability to manage multiple, fast-paced projects
