CSA Engineer in Spalding

Job Title: CSA Engineer Data Centre Project Location: The Netherlands (Flights & Accommodation Included in Package) Project: Hyperscale Data Centre Development Type: Full-Time, Permanent Overview We are partnering with an award-winning, international Tier 1 main contractor to find a talented CSA Engineer for a landmark data centre project in the Netherlands . The Role As a CSA Engineer, you will be a key figure on-site, taking ownership of the Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements from groundworks through to handover . You will ensure all works are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme adherence . Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Overseeing all on-site CSA activities to ensure full compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, and quality expectations . Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the quality team to verify that completed works meet stringent standards, managing inspection documentation, and driving a high-quality finish with minimal defects at handover . Coordination: Working closely with subcontractors, design teams, and other disciplines (electrical, mechanical) to resolve design or coordination challenges and ensure seamless integration of all CSA elements . Subcontractor Management: Tracking subcontractor performance, leading regular coordination meetings, and managing daily site records . Technical Oversight: Reviewing technical drawings, managing snagging processes, and ensuring any issues are logged, tracked, and closed out efficiently . About You You are a proactive and solutions-focused engineer with a solid background in construction, ideally with experience working on mission-critical or large-scale projects. Experience in the data centre industry is highly desirable but not essential . Essential Requirements: A degree qualification in Civil Engineering, or a related field . 3-5 years experience in a construction environment, with a proven track record in a similar CSA role. Solid understanding of CSA works, including construction practices, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with confidence. Experience managing subcontractors and working to tight project deadlines. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
