We are representing a globally renowned Tier 1 main contractor with a massive pipeline of work across Ireland & Europe. Operating at the forefront of the mission-critical sector, this contractor is known for delivering some of the world's most complex and technically demanding data centres. Due to a recent multi-million Euro project award, we are seeking a driven CSA Site Engineer to join their flagship data centre project in Greater Dublin.

About the Role

This is not a standard building role. You will be working on a live, hyper-scale data centre build where zero tolerance for error and Mission Critical delivery is the only standard. You will report directly to the CSA Manager and take ownership of setting out, quality control, and coordination of concrete frames, blockwork, façade, and finishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting Out & Control: Total station/GPS setting out for foundations, structural steel, and architectural grids.
  • Quality Management: Implement rigorous QA/QC processes (ITPs, NCRs, RFIs) specific to data centre tolerance levels (e.g., floor flatness/levelness FF/FL 50+).
  • Coordination: Work alongside MEP engineers to resolve clash detection and ensure structural openings align with critical services.
  • Concrete Works: Oversee large-volume pours, rebar scheduling, and formwork for blast-resistant external walls.
  • Finishes: Manage architectural snagging, floor screeds, raised access flooring, and internal partition tolerances.
  • Safety: Champion a Safety First culture; ensure all works comply with Irish HSA standards and company zero-harm policies.

What You Will Need

  • Education: Degree/HND in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years post-graduate experience, with at least 1 year on a data centre, pharma, or advanced industrial project (or 4+ years on large-scale commercial/residential).
  • Technical: Proficient with Leica/Trimble robotic total stations, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
  • Mindset: Obsessive about precision, able to work under pressure, and comfortable managing sub-contractors.
  • Location: Full right to work in Ireland (UK/EU passport or valid Stamp 1/4 visa). Sponsorship is not available for this role.

What's in it for you?

  • Accommodation Provided:
  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000+ (DOE)
  • Career Progression: Direct pathway to Senior Engineer and CSA Lead on Europe's biggest data centre roll-out.
  • Perks: Company van or vehicle allowance, fuel card, laptop, phone, and life assurance.
