Job Description
Role Overview
As an NEC Digital Senior Delivery Manager you will support our clients through every stage of the delivery lifecycle, helping to ensure the projects run smoothly and efficiently. Whether it\’s planning, execution, or overcoming unexpected challenges, your focus is on providing practical support to help turn the client goals into tangible outcomes. You will be responsible for the multidisciplinary project team made up of technical architects, scrum lead, business analysts, designers, developers and other specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the projects are delivered on-time and on-budget and key milestones are achieved through the life-cycle of the project
- Project is delivered to a high quality and achieves the specified goals and requirements of the client
- Internal and external stakeholder management and actively communicating project status, changes and risks
- Co-ordinate the work and manage the resources across the project with the assistance of the Scrum Manager
- Attend face to face and online client meetings as and when required
- Ensure internal project governance including meetings, documentation and reporting are adhered to
- Risk management, including identifying, quantifying and agreeing mitigations for risks to delivery
Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience delivering complex technical projects into central UK government and/or into UK policing
- Experience delivering digital projects in highly regulated environment
- Have NPPV level 3 clearance
- Experience in applying agile methodology to digital projects
- Strong skills in problem-solving, managing change, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills
Should Have
- Relevant certificates in project management and agile methodologies will be an added advantage.
