NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Revenues and Benefits Assessor for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the Revenues and Benefits department. You will process Housing and Council Tax changes, RTI cases and new claims, working to KPI targets with high accuracy.
You will deal directly with customers via letter, email and phone, meeting deadlines and supporting team members while maintaining up-to-date knowledge and providing coaching as needed.
