The position is based in Copdock, Ipswich and working with justice, products and services.

  • To provide 2nd line support customers using our applications.
  • Deal directly with customers both electronically and on the phone.
  • Provide 2nd level investigation support for customer queries and incidents.
  • Execute allocated test scripts during the development of maintenance releases for software applications.
  • Support during the roll-out of applications.
  • User Training on site.

The role offers a competitive salary. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.
