We are seeking a Marketing Executive – Brand & Internal Communications to join our organisation in Hemel Hempstead. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to communicate our brand identity and foster strong internal engagement across the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement comprehensive brand strategies and guidelines to ensure consistency across all organisational touchpoints.
  • Create and manage internal communications campaigns, including newsletters, intranet content, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality marketing and communications content, including copy, graphics, and multimedia materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand messaging and communications objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate communication campaigns from conception through execution and evaluation.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Maintain and update the organisation's digital platforms, including website and content management systems.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand communications needs and gather feedback.
  • Support the development of brand positioning and messaging frameworks.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required for marketing and communications projects.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and organisational standards.

Qualifications
