NEC Software Solutions is offering a year-long apprenticeship supporting Local Welfare Provision, HGV Levy, Blue Badge Unit, and Northgate Appeals Service Unit. You will learn to service customers, determine requirements, answer inquiries, process applications, and maintain records. Training will cover contract requirements and system use. The role provides hands-on experience across Europe, with mentorship, and a path through the NPS Academy Scheme to grow within a large multinational.
