We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to join our team, providing cleaning and supervisory support across sites throughout the Glasgow and Central Belt areas

This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility, as you will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as required to meet the needs of the business. Working hours will include early morning starts, evenings and occasional weekends.

A company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided for business use.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out cleaning duties to a high standard in accordance with work schedules – this is a hands on role.

Supervise and support cleaning operatives where required.

Ensure all work is completed in line with Health and Safety legislation and company procedures.

Take responsibility for your own health and safety, and that of others whilst at work.

Ensure appropriate warning signage is displayed whenever necessary.

Comply with all customer site rules and regulations.

Maintain cleaning equipment and materials in a safe, clean and serviceable condition.

Report equipment faults, building defects and any health and safety concerns to your Line Manager.

Respond professionally and courteously to customer and management requests.

Accurately record working hours using the company's time and attendance system.

Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by management.

Skills and Experience:

Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.

Previous supervisory experience would be an advantage, although not essential.

A full UK driving licence is essential.

Flexibility to travel and work across multiple sites throughout the Glasgow and Central Belt areas.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Honest, reliable and professional with a positive attitude.

Able to use initiative and work to agreed schedules.

Additional Information

This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check. If you do not currently hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, NECS will meet the cost of obtaining one.
