Responsibilities
- Linux／Windows サーバー、NWスイッチ、ファイアウォールの運用・保守・トラブルシューティング
- ユーザーアカウント管理（アカウント・グループ管理など）
- ロンドン近郊データセンターでのサーバー・NW機器の設置立ち会い
- ユーザーサポート、障害対応、ハード／ソフトウェアベンダーとの連携
- 運用手順書、マニュアル、社内通知文書の作成
- 各種プロジェクト業務（実装・テスト、スクリプト作成、ドキュメント作成、パラメータシート作成、テスト計画策定など）
Qualifications
- ITヘルプデスクでのユーザーサポート経験
- Linux（Red Hat）サーバーの運用管理経験（アカウント／グループ管理、パフォーマンス、プロセス管理）必須
- Windows サーバー管理経験があれば尚良
- IAサーバーハードウェアのトラブルシューティング経験歓迎
- Net App、VMware の管理経験歓迎
- NW技術・通信プロトコルの理解
- ドキュメント作成スキル
- Shell スクリプト経験歓迎
- 業務自動化スキル歓迎
- メンバー管理経験があれば尚良
- 英語・日本語ともにビジネスレベル
