Responsibilities
- Join our ICC Starbucks team in a Casual Barista role with occasional Team Leader duties.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Lead a team of Baristas when permanent Team Leaders are unavailable (occasional responsibilities).
- Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security are maintained according to operating policies.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is required.
- Experience in coaching or supervising a team is highly desirable.
- Experience in coordinating with key internal customers, your manager and your team.
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
