Wayve in London is seeking a Head of Fleet Operations (UK) to own the on-road testing strategy and translate it into detailed plans across the UK.

You will lead UK Fleet Operations, manage Shift Leads, and ensure safe, efficient, high‑performing testing while coordinating with Systems & Enablement and Product teams.

You will drive resource planning, oversee seven-day operations, and represent the function in global Fleet Ops governance.

In-person presence in London is expected most of the time.
