Job Description
Are you driven, organised, with great attention to detail, enjoy building valued relationships, and making a difference? We have an opening for a Sales Support Administrator to work alongside the Account Support Team and Account Managers in our Alderley Edge Office.
The role is office-based (hybrid), assisting Account Support and Account Managers with the after-sale administration process. This involves working with internal systems such as Microsoft 365, CRM, Kimble, and SharePoint. There is potential for progression within the sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Performance: Business Administration, Attention to Detail, Adherence to Sales Processes
- Customer Excellence: Developing relationships with senior and sales managers, working to tight deadlines
- Business Improvement: Liaising with team members, preparing sales documentation, maintaining records on CRM, supporting sales activities
Candidates must demonstrate a right to work and travel within the UK, with documentary evidence required. All offers are subject to vetting, references, and health checks. A DBS check may be necessary depending on the role.
Essential experience includes proven administration in a target-driven environment, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ability to manage multiple priorities independently, experience in fast-paced roles, stakeholder liaison, collaborative work, documentation processing, phone support, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
