Main Responsibilities: As an Oracle Database and Application Support Analyst, expect engaging duties: Apply software updates, and perform technology upgrades Conduct installations of new software and troubleshoot related issues efficiently. Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues using native Oracle tools like STATSPACK and latest Oracle tools like OCI AnalyticsFamiliarity with ITSM process and ability to leverage modern ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Ivanti or similar.Eligibility for UK Security ClearanceDesirable Skills/Experience: Expertise in Apache Web Server configuration and management, optimizing web app performance.
