Your Role
- As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge products.
- Your focus will be on continual improvement of the NEC Housing platform, ensuring it meets the challenges faced by our customers.
- Conduct market research to understand the legislative, regulatory, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with specialized Product Managers to enhance the NEC Housing platform.
- Stay updated on technology advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
- Build business cases for market uptake, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Experience in UK Social Housing, either as a customer or software solution provider.
- Strong knowledge of project life-cycle and methodologies.
- Experience in defining product enhancements and Agile new product development.
- Familiarity with housing management systems or related software.
- Full, valid UK/EC driving license for travel.
