Your Role

  • As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge products.
  • Your focus will be on continual improvement of the NEC Housing platform, ensuring it meets the challenges faced by our customers.
  • Conduct market research to understand the legislative, regulatory, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with specialized Product Managers to enhance the NEC Housing platform.
  • Stay updated on technology advancements to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Build business cases for market uptake, pricing, and margin analysis.
  • Experience in UK Social Housing, either as a customer or software solution provider.
  • Strong knowledge of project life-cycle and methodologies.
  • Experience in defining product enhancements and Agile new product development.
  • Familiarity with housing management systems or related software.
  • Full, valid UK/EC driving license for travel.
