Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Postgre SQL Database Administrator (DBA) and Saa S Systems Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize business-critical Postgre SQL database environments and cloud-based Saa S infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Postgre SQL installation, configuration, performance tuning and optimization.
- Backup, recovery, replication, clustering and disaster recovery management.
- Database security, patching, upgrades and migrations.
- Saa S platform administration, SSO, IAM and user lifecycle management.
- Monitoring, automation, incident response and vendor management.
- Cloud platform and Linux server administration.
- Documentation, compliance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable Postgre SQL DBA experience.
- Expertise in SQL, performance tuning and high availability.
- Linux administration experience.
- Saa S platform administration.
- Azure knowledge.
- Scripting with Bash, Python or Power Shell.
- Security and compliance best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Relevant Postgre SQL, cloud or Linux certifications desirable.
Desirable Skills
- Docker and Kubernetes.
- Terraform or Ansible.
- Dev Ops and CI/CD practices.
- Multi-tenant Saa S environments.
