Arenas Casual Customer Advisor (Box Office)
The NEC Group is looking for talented and passionate individuals to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences through world-class events and services.
We have a fantastic opening for an Arenas Casual Customer Advisor (Box Office) to join our Arenas team in Ticketing.
You will be working across two of the UK’s top 10 arenas, which hold over 200 events and welcome 1.5 million fans every year. Based in Birmingham City Centre and on the NEC Campus in Solihull, you will be part of a team that welcomes people to a wide variety of events, from concerts and comedy to sporting and family events. No two days are ever the same!
About The Role
This role involves facilitating the front desk responsibilities of the box office on-site at Utilita Arena Birmingham and bp pulse LIVE!
About You
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Strong customer service and decision-making skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A calm, patient, and professional manner
- Working knowledge of a ticketing platform, ideally AXS
- An awareness of client confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
