My client is looking for a motivated, business-driven Recruitment Consultant with excellent communication skills and an appetite for success to join the FMCG division. They are a Specialist in FMCG, Engineering, Construction, Meat Processing, and Food Manufacturing Consultancy bringing people and businesses together in the UK. Due to exceptional business growth, they are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with a strong entrepreneurial spirit to join their team in their state-of-the-art office in Nottingham.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Active sourcing of, and networking with, potential candidates using our internal database and various career platforms
- Client acquisition and development of sustainable relationships
- Qualification, pre-selection, and monitoring of candidates through the entire application process
- Creating and placing job advertisements on various platforms
- Identifying new sales opportunities
