Nebula Recruitments client is one of the region's leading independent financial recruitment consultancies who have been successfully working across Yorkshire and the North for over 25 years. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Recruitment Consultant (Perms) role within the well established specialist team dealing with Part Qualified Finance at the Leeds Branch. My clients pride themselves on offering excellent training and mentoring for their employees to enable them to achieve successful career progression. They reward hard work with competitive salaries (dependent upon experience) and bonus structures as well as a comprehensive benefits package. My client also offers hybrid working after the probationary period is successfully completed, to allow employees to work from home one day a week although this may be increased over time.
The ideal candidate would have experience of Recruitment within the Finance Sector, however if you have Recruitment experience within another sector, or have experience of working with Financial Sector itself and can demonstrate transferable skills this would also be acceptable. My client is ultimately looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, motivated and excited by the challenge of the role.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and develop relationships with clients at all levels, face to face and on the telephone
- Excellent negotiation skills
- A confident and outgoing personality with the passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced successful team
- The ability to identify business sales opportunities
- The ability to meet deadlines and hit targets
