As Senior Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will be part of the Global tax Team and report to the Group Tax Director. In this role you will lead on all aspects of tax reporting and compliance. You will have two direct reports.
Key duties will include:
- Responsible for UK and international tax compliance returns and payments for UK and Group entities (e.g. UK CT returns, CFC, Corporate Interest Restriction, CbCR, Pillar 2 etc).
- Review the data prepared for Group entities for the purposes of calculating Total Tax Contribution (TTC).
- Management of the end-to-end production of the Group’s consolidated tax charge as well as associated disclosures in the Annual Report & Accounts (AR&A), managing the timetable and process for year end and half year accounts.
- Manage the preparation of Statutory Accounts for all Group Treasury and Holding entities, supported by the Tax Reporting Manager.
- Review and sign off the calculation of the Group’s quarterly tax charge.
- Manage the forecast tax charge for Group entities and review the Group’s quarterly rolling forecasts.
- Provide ad-hoc tax advice as required by the business.
- Drive efficiencies in processes and technology improvements, bringing innovative ideas to transform existing processes with a view to continuous improvement.
About you:
- ACA or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years experience.
- Proven tax reporting experience.
- UK Corporate Tax trained (Big 4 or top 10 firm).
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interrogate and map data.
- Commercial experience preferred but not essential.
