Nebraska Health Care Association is seeking a mission-driven professional who exemplifies our values of Integrity, Professionalism, Quality, Stewardship, and Innovation to join our team as Marketing Operations Coordinator. This part-time role supports the marketing team by managing day-to-day operational systems, coordinating key workflows, and ensuring the accuracy and functionality of marketing platforms. This role is responsible for maintaining website forms, managing newsletter distribution, and ensuring data is properly entered and organized across systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple tools and stakeholders.

NHCA is a nonprofit organization and the parent to Nebraska Nursing Facility Association (NNFA) and Nebraska Assisted Living Association (NALA), as well as an accredited college and a charitable foundation. NNFA and NALA collectively represent 400 nonprofit and proprietary nursing homes and assisted living facilities across Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and distribute weekly member emails and newsletter
  • Maintain and troubleshoot HTML forms and website submission tools
  • Enter, update, and maintain information across a mobile app and website
  • Identify and maintain keyword lists to support website search functionality and discoverability
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across marketing systems and platforms
  • Collaborate across teams to support smooth execution of marketing-related processes
  • Monitor and resolve operational issues related to marketing tools and systems
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience working with web forms, databases, or content management systems and proficiency with learning new software systems
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of HTML or willingness to troubleshoot simple form issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office and web-based productivity tools
