We are looking for a full time Subject Matter Expert on a 12-month fixed term basis, to represent the Reliability Department in the customer relationship management (CRM) and qualification management system (QMS) projects. As a member of our fun, friendly and fast-paced team, you’ll use your collaborative skills together with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
What you will be doing
As SME you will be a member of a Tech Delivery Team, actively representing all NEBOSH stakeholders of the Reliability team. You will drive the success of our Technology Enhanced Business Change Programme, supporting the modernisation of our in-house solutions and streamline our processes. You will ensure that the tech products and their components are well understood by the Reliability team and the requirements being met are accurate at a detailed level. You will be accountable for the completion of the daily activities within the Technology Enhanced Business Change Programme, for the CRM and QMS projects, in line with agreed project timelines, working in partnership with other SMEs, the Technology Enhanced Business Change Programme Team, and external suppliers to deliver agreed project deliverables.
About You
Ideally, we are looking for candidates who have the following knowledge and experience; or the willingness to learn:
- Knowledge and understanding of project management/agile project framework.
- Knowledge and understanding of qualification management systems.
- Knowledge and understanding of customer relationship management systems (specifically, Salesforce).
- Knowledge and understanding of project management systems (Jira, Miro).
- Knowledge of the environment NEBOSH operates in.
- Knowledge of NEBOSH products and services.
- Knowledge of Assessment and Reliability best practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of developing and delivering assessment processes.
- Experience of compiling business requirements.
- Experience of re-engineering business processes.
- Experience of system UAT testing.
- Experience of writing system/process instructional documentation.
- Experience of training others.
