We are seeking a Senior Talent Intelligence Partner to own workforce analytics, planning, and decision support organization-wide. This is a senior individual contributor role with high visibility and significant influence, partnering directly with senior leaders to shape workforce strategy through data-driven insights. In this role, you will design and deliver team-level and executive-ready dashboards, lead workforce planning and scenario modeling, and act as a trusted advisor on workforce risks, opportunities, and trade-offs. Success in this role requires strong analytical depth, sound business judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal direction in a complex, evolving environment. This role will be based remotely from London, remotely from America (East Coast) or remote from Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Workforce Analytics & Insights: Partner with the Data team to design and evolve scalable, high-impact Talent Acquisition dashboards that translate complex workforce questions into clear metrics and narratives. Establish standards for data quality, definitions, and reporting consistency. Proactively surface trends, risks, and insights that influence workforce and business outcomes.
- Recruitment Capacity Modeling: Develop and maintain recruitment capacity models that account for recruiter workload, role complexity, hiring velocity, and seasonality to inform realistic hiring plans. Partner with TA leadership to assess capacity constraints and trade-offs, enabling data-driven decisions on prioritization, sequencing, and resource allocation.
- Workforce Planning & Strategic Modeling: Own workforce planning and management processes, including headcount planning, capacity analysis, and scenario modeling. Drive workforce planning across annual, quarterly, and ad hoc cycles in partnership with TA, HR, Finance, and business leaders. Develop forward-looking models to assess growth, attrition, productivity, and organizational design impacts. Provide data-driven recommendations that inform hiring plans, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
- Senior Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic thought partner, presenting executive-ready insights and recommendations beyond the data. Navigate ambiguity and competing priorities while maintaining analytical rigor and credibility. Influence decisions without direct authority through trust, clarity, and expertise. Partner with leaders to define and deliver recruitment analytics and team-level dashboards that provide clear visibility into hiring progress, capacity, funnel health, and risks, enabling informed, timely decision-making.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Significant experience in data analytics, workforce analytics, or a closely related field.
- Advanced experience building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Demonstrated ownership of workforce planning, headcount planning, or capacity planning in a complex organization.
- Strong data manipulation and analysis skills (e.g., SQL, advanced Excel, or equivalent).
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and drive outcomes without day-to-day oversight.
Core Competencies
- Strategic analytical thinking: Goes beyond reporting to frame problems and guide decisions.
- Executive communication: Clearly conveys insights, implications, and trade-offs.
- Judgment & prioritization: Knows where to focus for maximum impact.
- Systems & workforce thinking: Understands organizational dynamics and long-term implications.
- Influence without authority: Builds alignment through expertise and trust.
- Ownership & accountability: Takes responsibility for end-to-end outcomes.
