The role
We are looking for an
Influencer Marketing Manager to grow the presence of Nebius Certification within relevant professional communities and build long-term relationships with creators, industry experts, and ecosystem partners.
These initiatives should align with our broader business goals, helping us attract technical professionals and drive adoption across the Nebius ecosystem.
You will define how Nebius Certification is represented across professional communities and identify the channels and communities where we should build our presence – from social platforms and industry events to meetups and university programs.

Your responsibilities will include
- Develop and execute the influencer and community marketing strategy for Nebius Certification.
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with technical creators, AI practitioners, educators, and industry experts.
- Build long-term partnerships with developer communities, meetups, conferences, universities, and ecosystem partners.
- Design and execute influencer campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and certification adoption.
- Develop ambassador and advocacy programs to encourage community-led promotion of Nebius Certification.
- Coordinate collaborations across social media, video platforms, podcasts, newsletters, events, and other relevant channels.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution.
- Measure the performance of influencer and community initiatives, tracking reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Continuously identify emerging communities, creators, and partnership opportunities within the AI and cloud ecosystem.
- Represent Nebius Certification at industry events, conferences, webinars, and community meetups when appropriate.
We expect you to have
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing or related marketing roles.
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e. g., Hub Spot).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
- Background in or strong interest in AI-powered products.
- Experience using analytics to drive marketing decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
It will be an added bonus if you have
- Experience marketing educational programs.
- Experience with certification programs (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.).
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and capabilities.
