Nebius is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our IP & IT Law team in the UK. With at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in a legal firm or tech company, you will drive IP-related deals and licensing, and help protect our AI cloud platform.
You will review licenses, SaaS agreements, and IP terms across contracts, collaborate with our lawyers, and manage outsourcing agreements with designers and developers, while advising on open-source issues and strategic IP risk.
