As an IT Datacenter Technician, you will maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure in our data center, working hands‑on with GPU cloud clusters. You will support hardware, perform diagnostics, and ensure smooth operation of critical systems. The role includes on‑call rotations and potential travel between data centers.
Shift Information
Shift work (day & night shifts).
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the IT infrastructure as a shift worker.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to server and network hardware.
- Perform installation, upgrades, and decommissioning of IT hardware.
- Manage and maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain and update documentation, manuals, and procedures.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
- Hands‑on experience with server hardware, network switches, and fiber optic cabling.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware‑related issues.
