The Employer Brand Manager plays a key role in bringing our employer brand to life through creative campaigns and meaningful events.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, planning, and execution of employer brand campaigns that support hiring initiatives, culture storytelling, and strategic priorities.
- Plan and manage a diverse range of events including career fairs, industry conferences, sponsorships, and internal brand activations that engage both current employees and external talent.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Internal Communications teams to ensure campaigns and events align with overall business objectives and talent strategies.
- Develop and leverage compelling storytelling to translate brand values and employee value proposition (EVP) into engaging narratives and authentic experiences.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events using relevant metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve impact.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all activities reinforce the company’s EVP and employer brand standards.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to deliver high-quality and impactful campaigns and events within budget and timelines.
- Champion innovative ideas and creative approaches to continually enhance the employer brand experience across all touch points.
- Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- Proven experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, events management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns and events that drive engagement, attract talent, and reflect company culture.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn brand values into clear, compelling narratives and experiences.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; able to influence and partner effectively with teams such as Talent Acquisition, HR, and Communications.
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies, or partners to deliver high-quality work.
- A global mindset and experience working across different regions or cultures is a plus.
- Familiarity with employer brand measurement tools, event ROI tracking, and data-driven decision making
