We are a London-based design studio delivering highly complex, bespoke residential and boutique hospitality projects for an international clientele. Our work is defined by precision, material intelligence and an uncompromising commitment to execution. We operate at a level where detailing, coordination and technical resolution are as critical as design intent.
As our studio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Interior Architect to join our team. This is a key delivery-focused role within the studio, responsible for translating highly resolved design intent into fully coordinated, buildable technical packages for tender and construction. We are not seeking a concept designer. We are seeking someone who can take ownership of detail, documentation and technical resolution at a level consistent with leading international design studios.
The Role
- You will lead the technical development of interior architecture across multiple live projects, working closely with senior designers to ensure design intent is carried through into fully resolved construction packages.
- You will be responsible for producing accurate, coordinated and highly detailed drawing sets suitable for tender, fabrication and on-site delivery.
- This role requires autonomy, precision and the ability to navigate complex technical challenges without constant direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the production of fully coordinated technical drawing packages from design development through to tender and construction.
- Translate design intent into fully resolved interior architectural details.
- Produce GA plans, elevations, sections and complex detail drawings to a construction-ready standard.
- Develop bespoke joinery, millwork and interior architectural detailing to an exceptionally high level.
- Coordinate design information across disciplines, ensuring technical consistency and buildability.
- Work directly with contractors, consultants and specialist fabricators to resolve detailing and site queries.
- Manage technical documentation, RFIs and design clarifications during tender and construction phases.
- Attend site visits and lead technical coordination meetings where required.
- Maintain absolute accuracy and discipline across all drawing outputs.
About You
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or equivalent technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience within a leading high-end residential or luxury hospitality studio.
- Proven track record of delivering detailed technical packages for complex, high-value projects.
- Exceptional proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Deep understanding of construction detailing, joinery design and interior fabrication processes.
- Experience working directly with contractors and specialist joinery firms at delivery stage.
- Strong technical judgement and the ability to resolve detailing independently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technically complex projects simultaneously.
- Meticulous, structured and highly disciplined in documentation and coordination.
- Calm under pressure and comfortable working in fast-moving, high-expectation environments.
What We Offer
An opportunity to join a studio operating at the highest level of luxury residential and boutique hospitality design. You will work on technically complex, highly bespoke projects where detailing and execution are critical to the success of the work. This is a role for an Interior Architect who already operates with a high degree of technical maturity and is looking to work within a studio where standards are exacting, expectations are clear, and quality is non-negotiable. If you are not already producing fully resolved, construction-ready drawing packages at a high level, this role will not be suitable.
We welcome applications from candidates working in leading design studios where technical excellence is a core part of project delivery. Please submit your CV, portfolio and selected technical drawing packages demonstrating your experience in delivery-led interior architecture.
