The National Examining Board for Dental Nurses (NEBDN) is seeking an experienced External Quality Auditor to join our mission of providing lifelong career development for dental nurses.
What You'll Do
- Working remotely, you'll assess and monitor training providers to ensure high-quality qualification delivery that meets all regulatory standards.
- You'll conduct desk reviews, remote and face-to-face monitoring, and external moderation activities while fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement.
- Monitor provider performance through regular audits and moderation activities.
- Ensure assessment criteria are consistently applied across all providers.
- Guide providers on best practice and areas for improvement.
- Support malpractice investigations and manage action plans.
- Collaborate with our External Quality team to drive service excellence.
Requirements
- GDC Registrant with Internal Quality Assurance qualification.
- 2+ years' experience in a regulated environment.
- Experience with risk-based quality assurance processes.
- Strong communication skills with ability to provide constructive feedback.
