We help manufacturers and retailers make their products easier to find and buy. As a Google Cloud partner specialising in AI-powered search and agentic commerce, we work with established brands across beauty, sporting goods, and manufacturing in the UK, France, and the US.
THE ROLE
We are growing our London team, and this is a role with real ownership from the start. You will sit where engineering meets consulting: close enough to the client to shape what gets built, and close enough to the code to build it yourself.
- Build POCs and prototypes: Hands-on with Next.js, Node.js, and Python, to show clients what is possible and win new work.
- Advise on client engagements: Run technical discovery, architect solutions, and guide the customer's own teams to build well, rather than writing all the code yourself.
- Take prototypes to production: Help turn the work that wins into solutions that ship.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Strong full-stack development in Python, Node.js, and Next.js, with a track record of shipping production systems end to end.
- Strong data engineering: you design and build your own pipelines.
- The judgement to advise clients and review others' code, not only write your own.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Able to work autonomously and own problems through to delivery.
