Responsibilities
We are looking to recruit an individual who can support a pupil with medical needs. We are looking for candidates who:
- have experience working with children on a 1:1 basis
- can support children with significant medical needs
- have good Numeracy and Literacy skills
- can form positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- have a calm, patient approach to supporting the needs of children
- can use their initiative to support learning and behaviour
- are adaptable to situations and willing to work as part of a team
- are willing to undertake training as necessary
