Neathouse Partners Ltd is a leading provider of Employment Law, HR, and Health & Safety advice, offering businesses expert, commercially focused support. We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our team and play a key role in securing new business opportunities.
The Role
This is a sales-focused role where you’ll be responsible for building a self-generated pipeline while also handling inbound sales enquiries. You’ll be identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to secure new business.
You will:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients.
- Qualify leads and manage the sales process from enquiry to close.
- Confidently handle objections and articulate the value of our services.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop solutions tailored to client needs.
- Track and manage sales activities using HubSpot.
- Use sales proposal software to create professional client proposals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B sales (ideally within HR, Employment Law, or Health & Safety services).
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- IT literate, with experience using HubSpot, sales proposal software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-driven, ambitious, and confident in building relationships.
