Job Title: Support & Accommodation Officer
Location of post: Beaufort House, Groves Road, Cimla, SA11 1YE / Ty Parc Newydd, 53-55 Lewis Road, Neath SA11 1DJ
Your role will involve working as a frontline/community-based worker.
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support & Accommodation Officer.
In this role, you will support individuals and families placed into interim accommodation by providing timely support, advice, information, and assistance, and help homeless households find suitable alternative accommodation.
It is essential that the post holder has experience in frontline homelessness services and a working knowledge of Homelessness legislation and best practices.
Preferred experience includes:
- Knowledge of support services and homelessness
- Understanding of the Renting Homes Wales Act 2014
- Knowledge of Homelessness legislation
