To start as soon as possible. The Governing Body of Coedffranc Primary School wish to appoint an excellent and highly committed Caretaker. The successful candidate will have the attributes needed to undertake the range of duties associated with the post.

You must be self-motivated and have the ability to take the initiative to deal with problems as they arise, have good practical skills and take pride in your work, have good organisational skills and the ability to work with both adults and children. It is important to have a flexible approach to the working hours.

An awareness and understanding of Health and Safety policies and procedures would be an advantage but not essential as full training can be arranged.
