The Governors of Tywyn Primary School wish to appoint a responsible, reliable person for the post of a Teaching Assistant. The post will require the successful applicant to work with groups of children and form part of a team of teaching assistants working across foundation phase and KS2. The post holder will also provide PPA, SEN and staff professional development cover across all age ranges.
The Governors will be seeking the following skills/personal qualities:
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good people skills with adults and children.
- Must be qualified to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a related childcare discipline.
