What You will Do
- Respond to fostering enquiries and carry out initial home visits
- Complete mainstream fostering assessments and Connected Carer assessments
- Support Connected Carers and contribute to Friends and Family Placements
- Work flexibly with a blend of home working, office meetings, and community visits
What We are Looking For
- At least two years post-qualifying experience in social work
- Experience in child care court proceedings and assessing foster carers
- Strong knowledge of trauma and therapeutic approaches
- Recognised Social Work Qualification (Degree/Diploma or equivalent)
- Registration with the Care Council for Wales
