18 Hours per week 39 weeks per year ( The position will be 3 days per week)
Salary Grade 4, Scale point 5-9 Β£10,753-Β£11,455 (subject to term time adjustment). The salary stated will be subject to a term time only adjustment for the commencement of employment outside of the start date of 1st September.
Blaendulais Primary School is looking to appoint a Level 3 Administration and Organisation Assistant. The post is responsible for undertaking administrative, financial and organisation processes within this busy school office.
You should have proven clerical/administrative experience and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
The post required a highly motivated and enthusiastic person with excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet deadlines. ICT and communication skills both written and oral are considered essential.
