We are currently looking for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking calls, and resolving queries.

Main duties include:

  • Providing support and development for systems maintained by the Digital Services Division, including control and operation of network, server, and desktop infrastructure.
  • Incident management, web services, data analytics, application support, and helpdesk support.
  • Performing systems analysis, contributing to process and system development, maintaining documentation, and site visits for installations and problem resolution.
  • Keeping up to date with technological advances.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Must possess at least 4 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English Language or Welsh, and Mathematics, or equivalent occupational experience.

  • Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
  • Location: The Quays / Mobile Hybrid
