We are currently looking for a Business Support Officer to join our Cwrt Sart Children’s Community Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a flexible, high quality and efficient business support service. The main duties of the post will include:
- Telephony
- Processing referrals
- Note taking of meetings
- Typing and clerical support to a range of Teams within the Service
You will have experience of working in administration and be familiar with undertaking a wide range of clerical duties. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organised and be able to work to tight deadlines. Typing and note taking skills are essential.
You must possess 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, 2 of which must be in English language, Welsh or Mathematics. Attainment of or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is desirable.
