What You’ll Do:
- Service and repair air source heat pump systems in domestic properties, ensuring optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with efficiency and precision.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks, ensuring systems meet all regulations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Keep accurate records of work completed and parts used to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience servicing and repairing air source heat pumps.
- Qualifications: Unvented G3 Certification and relevant certifications in renewable energy or heat pump systems.
- Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Customer Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence.
