Job Title: Night Care Assistant

Location: Tonypandy

Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Salary: Competitive

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team in Tonypandy. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our residents during the night, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with their evening routines

• Provide personal care as required

• Support with light household tasks, including ironing

• Respond promptly to resident needs throughout the night

• Ensure the home remains safe and secure

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a care setting

• Level 2 NVQ in Care (or equivalent)

• Compassionate, patient, and attentive

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
