NEAT Academy Trust's Benfield Sports Centre is seeking a Duty Manager for a part-time Friday 3:00pm–9:30pm shift, 6 hours per week.

You will lead our team and help run the centre's activities, assisting with management, development and administration, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The post requires experience in operational, customer-focused roles in leisure facilities, staff supervision, and a solid knowledge of health and safety and safeguarding.
