We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Year 6 Teacher to join our dedicated team and play a key role in preparing pupils for the next stage of their learning journey.

We are looking for a colleague who has:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum, with specific experience teaching in Year 6 and Upper KS2.
  • A successful track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning that leads to excellent pupil progress and strong outcomes, including preparation for end of Key Stage 2 assessments.
  • Experience of designing and teaching effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils and support pupils both academically and emotionally during this important transition year.
  • High expectations of achievement, behaviour and personal development, with a commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
  • An ability to communicate effectively with children, young people, colleagues and parents/carers and is passionate about making a difference.
